황수영은 프랑스 파리 시테(데카르트) 대학교를 졸업한 생물학적 신물질 치료제 연구개발 전문 프랑스 산업약학박사로, 미국과 유럽의 희귀의약품 혁신기술 전문개발 분야의 초기단계 임상/규제 개발전략 컨설팅 경력을 쌓았습니다.

Lucie is a pharmaceutical doctor graduated from the Paris Cite (Descartes) University in France, specialised in Research and Development for biotherapeutics for rare diseases. She started working on the regulatory science of cell and gene therapies and further acquired high level experiences on the global development strategy of innovative technologies at early stage.

현재는 대한민국 범부처평가위원으로 국가신약개발재단 (KDDF)에 임상/규제 평가위원으로 활동하고 있으며, 또한 미충족 의료 수요를 가진 다양한 질병을 치료하는 신제품을 개발하는 한국 스타트업 기업을 지원하고 있습니다.

Appointed as clinical evaluator by the South Korean Inter-ministerial evaluation committee, Lucie is currently providing clinical/regulatory evaluation expertise for the KDDF (Korea Drug Development Fund) and accompanying Korean start-up companies developing new products treating various diseases with unmet medical need.
